This policy applies to direct purchases from Infinirank. Marketplace purchases may also be subject to the marketplace’s own buyer-protection rules.
Before work starts, you may request cancellation for a full refund. Once work has started, any refund is assessed fairly against the work completed, work already scheduled, and any non-refundable third-party cost authorised by you. Completed work delivered to the agreed scope is not refundable.
For a service sold for a defined period, the applicable product page or order confirmation states the term and end date. It does not renew automatically. You may ask to end it early, but payment for time already supplied and non-refundable third-party costs may not be returned.
If you buy as a consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Where you ask us to begin a service during that period, checkout will ask for your express request and acknowledgement of the relevant consequences. This policy does not remove statutory rights.
Email project@infinirank.com with your order number, service, and reason. We will review the request and respond with the outcome or any information needed to assess it.
Refunds do not cover third-party charges already incurred with your approval, work outside the agreed scope, or suspension or termination caused by a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
