Our services are delivered digitally. We use the email address on your order or the agreed project contact for documentation, access information, invoices, and agreed deliverables. We do not ship physical goods.
The relevant product page, written quotation, or order confirmation states the expected delivery timing. Project timing begins after payment has cleared and we receive the information and access required for the agreed scope.
If delivery is delayed by a matter within our reasonable control, we will provide an update and a revised estimate. Delays caused by missing customer information, unavailable third-party systems, or an agreed change in scope may extend the delivery date.
If you cannot locate a deliverable or access information that we have sent, contact project@infinirank.com with your order number.
