1. Currency and tax

Website prices are stated in USD unless a written quotation states otherwise. Infinirank is not registered for UK VAT. Your bank, card provider, or local authority may apply exchange, international, or local tax charges outside our control.

2. Payment methods and timing

We accept the methods displayed at checkout or on an invoice. Payment is collected once at the point of order or according to an agreed written milestone schedule. We do not store card details or use automatic renewal billing.

3. Quotes and price changes

Custom work is quoted in writing and quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A change in price does not affect an order we have already accepted.

4. Failed or reversed payments

We may pause delivery where a payment fails, is reversed, or is reasonably suspected to be unauthorised, until the issue is resolved.

5. Statement queries

If you do not recognise a charge that appears to relate to Infinirank, contact project@infinirank.com with the date and amount before asking your bank to reverse it.
