1. One-time charging

Infinirank does not operate automatic renewals, stored-card repeat billing, or recurring subscriptions. Your payment method is charged only for the order or invoice you approve.

2. Defined service periods

If a service is supplied for a fixed period, the order confirmation states the applicable term and end date. To continue after that date, you must place a new order or request a new invoice. If you take no action, no further charge is made.

3. Early end of service

For a time-limited service, you may ask to end it early. The refund position is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and may take account of time already supplied and authorised third-party costs.
