1. When this agreement applies
This agreement applies where Infinirank processes personal information on a customer’s documented instructions while providing a service. In that case, the customer is the controller and Infinirank is the processor.
2. Processing instructions
We process personal information only to provide the agreed service, comply with documented customer instructions, or meet a legal obligation. The type, duration, categories of data, and people affected are determined by the agreed scope.
3. Our commitments
We restrict access to people who need it, require confidentiality, apply appropriate security measures, assist with reasonable data-subject requests and incident information, and delete or return personal information at the end of the engagement where applicable, subject to legal retention.
