1. How to complain

Email project@infinirank.com with the subject Complaint. Include your order number, what happened, and the outcome you are seeking.

2. Our process

We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate the relevant records, and provide a response or update. If more time is needed because the issue is complex, we will explain why and give a revised response date.

3. Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied, ask for the matter to be escalated for a further review and final written response.

4. Consumer rights

This process does not limit any statutory right. UK consumers may seek independent advice from Citizens Advice or another appropriate adviser.

5. Governing law

Complaints and disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
