This policy applies to all Infinirank services. A serious breach may result in suspension or termination, and may affect eligibility for a refund.
You must not use our services for unlawful activity; infringement of intellectual-property rights; fraud, impersonation, phishing, or deceptive conduct; malware, ransomware, exploit tools, or unauthorised access; child sexual abuse material; threats, violence, hatred, or non-consensual sexual material; or any activity that breaches applicable law.
You must not send unsolicited bulk email; operate open relays or open proxies; scan, test, or attack systems without written authorisation; participate in denial-of-service activity; bypass billing, security, or resource controls; or consume shared resources in a way that harms other customers. You may not resell a service without a written reseller agreement.
You remain responsible for the instructions, inputs, outputs, and actions of any automation or AI setup. You must not use it to send spam, impersonate people, spread deliberately false information, collect data contrary to law or platform terms, or automate access contrary to applicable terms.
We may ask you to correct an issue, restrict a service, suspend or terminate it, and report suspected unlawful activity where required. Report suspected abuse to project@infinirank.com.
