At Infinirank, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Service-Based Refund Policy
Since our services are digital and customized in nature, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- If the project has not yet started, a full refund may be issued.
- If the project is already in progress, refunds will be partial or not applicable depending on the work completed.
- Once a service has been fully delivered, no refunds will be provided.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation by contacting us in writing before the service begins. Cancellation requests after work has started may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Setup fees, consultation fees, and completed services are non-refundable.
